Explanation:
You send us the defective electronics and receive the repaired and tested electronics back as quickly as possible. Our aim is to repair and return the electronics delivered to us on the same day.
Please be sure to enclose a small note with a brief description of the fault and the machine type (e.g. WDB030) with the parcel.
If we cannot say with certainty that the fault is with the ELFU 1202 when we contact you, please also send the corresponding EPW 1000/ EPW 272 (only if the fault is "no function").

With the ELFU 1202, there are generally 5 error patterns that indicate defective electronics:
- The washing machine has no function.
F34/F35 (however, it is important that the error is not present sporadically, but permanently)
- F50 (however, it is important that the fault is not sporadic, but permanent)With the F50, however, it is important that there is no fire damage under the cooling plate
- F138/ Waterproof, although there is no water in the base tray and the float switch (WPS) is OK and has continuity
- Programme start is possible. Drum movement is present. No water inlet.
- After a short time, Open tap/F10 is displayed.
Procedure:
Carefully pack your removed electronics first in foil and then in a box. It would be helpful if you included a brief description of the fault.

Tip: If possible, send the electronics as a parcel and not as a small package. If you send it as a parcel, there is no tracking and tracing and insurance in the event of loss is not guaranteed.
We will repair and overhaul your electronics and send them back to you by return post. Return shipping is included in the price (within Germany).

Unfortunately, we can no longer repair electronics with fire and/or water damage :-(
* We do not repair electronics that have already shown signs of attempted repair.
* If the electronics are not defective, we will refund the purchase price minus the costs incurred up to that point (normally no more than €29).
